All inbound trucks delivering cargo for scheduled flights are subject to operational oversight to ensure punctual offloading at the assigned handling facilities. Any identified irregularities, including but not limited to cargo damage or PPW non-conformities, are immediately escalated and managed through corrective and preventive actions to maintain the cargo’s eligibility for loading on the originally booked flight.
Temperature-controlled Unit Load Devices (ULDs) are transferred within defined time limits to approved temperature-controlled storage areas, in full compliance with cold-chain handling procedures.
Temperature monitoring and verification checks are conducted on temperature-sensitive freight at the point of truck offloading, prior to entry into cold storage, to confirm adherence to the specified temperature requirements.
